If you get an error message when inserting the correct pairing code in the Windows program, try these steps:
Make sure that the zone is not already paired
Pairing codes only work once. If you have multiple user logins on Windows, make sure that you are logged in to the same user that you paired Soundtrack to. Our program can only be paired to one Windows user at a time.
Allow the following ports to be open for outbound traffic:
- 443 (TCP) - HTTPS
- 53 (UDP/TCP) - DNS
- 123 (UDP) - NTP
