By planning your music throughout the day you can fine-tune your customer experience. For instance, a restaurant owner wants to start off with a relaxing breakfast atmosphere and increase the tempo by the time happy hour begins.
Our scheduling tool lets you tailor the music to fit your business perfectly. Mix any number of soundtracks to adapt the music to your needs.
2 tips to keep in mind when creating a schedule:
It's possible to schedule several soundtracks during the same time slot. A song from each will then be played in a shuffled sequence.
The scheduling tool lets you schedule music for a week. Once it has played the full week, it will start over again. If you want to play different music during different weeks, we suggest you create several schedules to alternate between.
1. Create a schedule
Go to your music, and click on schedules. Click on Create schedule and give your new schedule a name.
2. Schedule your music
You can find groups of suggested soundtracks as well as all of the music you have in your music to the left of the schedule. Drag and drop one or more soundtracks to a day and time when you want it to play. Remember to schedule the music so that it covers your opening hours. Remove a Soundtrack from the schedule by clicking on the slot and then the minus (-) symbol next to its name.
3. Save your schedule
Remember to save your schedule and press play to listen at your location right away. All your schedules will be available in your music, under schedules.
Please mind that the music is always shuffled, so if you use one schedule at several locations, it might not play in the exact same order.
Please note that this feature is not available if you use the Sonos player.
