It’s easy to collaborate with your colleagues in Soundtrack. This article covers how to invite new users and manage their rights from your account.
Invite a new user
When you are logged in on business.soundtrackyourbrand.com follow these steps:
Click on “Account Settings” and then “Users”
Click on “Invite User” and enter the email address of the person you wish to invite. The person will receive an email with information on how to create their login credentials.
Manage user rights
All users on an account are able to add or remove stations and playlists, edit schedules and change the music playing on all active zones.
You can also add user rights for additional control. Choose between admin, activate zones, and contact.
- An admin can add locations and zones, update payment information, and add new users. You will also receive email communication for the account.
- With activate zones, you can add new locations and zones. You can also update the payment information.
- All contacts will receive email communication for the account.
