How to update the default music settings for new zones

Here's how to update your default music settings for new zones:

1. Log in here.
2. Click on your company name in the top-right corner, and then Company settings.
3. Click New Zone Defaults.
4. Changes made in these settings will only affect new zones and not your current ones. 

Default music

Your company has a default playlist or station assigned to play when a new zone is activated. You can change which music automatically plays by clicking change music.

Playback

The default sound setting is Stereo, but you can select Mono from the drop-down menu.

The crossfade feature helps you to avoid gaps in your music and creates a smoother transition between songs. It fades out the currently playing song while fading into the next one. You can adjust the crossfade length up to 10 seconds or turn it off completely. Please note that the crossfade settings won’t apply when using Sonos, instead, Sonos has its crossfade setting within the app.

The Enterprise Remote app

You can enable or disable the option to pair the Enterprise Remote app to zones. Click here for more information about the Enterprise Remote. Important update notice: Please update the app to version 43 or later before September 18th, 2024 to keep it working.
