How to get started
Follow these steps to start playing music in no time.
1. Sign up
Sign up here.
2. Connect or pair a player
Decide which device you would like to use.
iOS
You can start playing music by logging into the app or by entering a pairing code:
- Log in
Download the Soundtrack Player app from App Store. Open the app and click log in. - Use a pairing code
Open the Soundtrack Player app and enter the pairing code shown on your account here.
Android
You can start playing music by logging into the app or by entering a pairing code:

Windows
Soundtrack Player
- Log in to business.soundtrackyourbrand.com, go to zones in the top menu, and choose the one you want to edit. Click on "pair player" and choose Hardware device. Enter the device ID found on the underside of the Soundtrack Player.
- Connect the power cable. A light will show up on the front side of the box when it’s on.
- Connect the ethernet cable to give the streaming box Internet access, as well as an audio cable (RCA cable or 3.5mm audio cable) to your sound system.
- Enjoy the music! Your player will always stay up to date and download the latest software version automatically. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes from when you've connected the network cable until the music starts playing.
