Your firewall needs to be open for outgoing traffic for our service to work. Make sure that the following ports are open for outbound traffic:
- 80 (TCP) - HTTP
- 443 (TCP) - HTTPS
- 53 (UDP/TCP) - DNS
- 123 (UDP) - NTP
Please note that these settings apply to all supported devices and that the devices don't need any ports for incoming traffic. If you have strict web filtering, e.g. blocking certain websites or foreign traffic, our service might not work. If possible, please allow full access to the devices for outgoing traffic.
