Troubleshoot your network by following the instructions below.
Device connected via WiFi
- Check if you have an internet connection by visiting a random website, e.g. www.soundtrackyourbrand.com from the device.
- Check your WiFi settings.
- If possible, try another WiFi or cellular network to see if that works better.
- Check your firewall settings and make sure the correct ports are open. Find the settings here.
- Make sure you can connect to our service. Visit this page when you're on the same network as the device. You'll see "hello" if it works. We recommend using Google Chrome when doing so.
If you're still experiencing issues, contact support.
Device connected via ethernet cable
- Make sure the device is connected correctly to the internet via an ethernet cable.
- Try connecting the ethernet cable to another device to see if the internet works.
- Check if other services connected to your switch or router have internet access.
- Check your firewall settings and make sure the correct ports are open. Find the settings here.
- Make sure you can connect to our service. Visit this page when you're on the same network as the device. You'll see "hello" if it works. We recommend using Google Chrome when doing so.
- Switch out the ethernet cable.
