It is important that your soundtrack player is always up to date, whether you use a Windows, iOS, Android or hardware device- your soundtrack experience will be better if the player is on the latest version. Please note that players operating with software versions older than 6 months will cease to function. See how you can update your player below:
iOS and Android (mobile)
To update your mobile device, go to the app store and click on "updates". The available update will be there, ready for you to install right away.

Soundtrack Player (Hardware)
Your soundtrack player will update automatically when new versions are released as long as it is connected to the internet. If your hardware device is not responsive, check out our troubleshooting guides.
