Play the same music from all your Sonos speakers
If you want to play the same music from different Sonos speakers connected to the same wifi, you will only need one Soundtrack zone. To get the music to play in all speakers you will need to group the rooms. You can read all about grouping rooms here.
Features
Control the music remotely
You can use as many devices as you need to control your Sonos system. To be able to do so, you will need to be connected to the same wifi as your Sonos. Simply choose “add to existing Sonos system” while on the same wifi and start to control the music.
This way you don’t need one specific phone or tablet at your business to run the music. You and your staff can control the music through your own device.
Schedule
Sonos offers a scheduling feature that is similar to how you schedule music in Soundtrack. In Sonos, you can set an “alarm” to start playing music at a certain time and length. You can find more information on setting an alarm here.
If you want to set different playlists throughout the day you can set different alarms. If, for example, you have one alarm 8-11 and the next alarm 11-15 the music will directly change at 11 to the other alarm’s playlist.
