Make sure the volume is turned on for your speakers. You can also check that there is sufficient volume via your Soundtrack account. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click on zones in the top menu.
- Select your zone.
- Use the horizontal slider to adjust the volume from 1-16. The default volume is 11.
Do a headphone test
Unplug the audio cable from the device that you're using to play music and plug in a pair of headphones instead. If you hear music, the app is working and the issue is local. Troubleshoot your speaker system. Don’t forget to plug the audio cable back in.
