Songs might be repeating because your player is offline and has downloaded a limited number of songs, or you are playing music in shuffle mode. The first step is to make sure your player is online. Here's how:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click on zones in the top menu.
- Click on the name of the zone where you are hearing repeats.
- If you can see what song is playing, the player is online. If you can't see what song is playing, follow these troubleshooting steps.
If you still hear repeats, it could be that you are playing music in a shuffled mode. When shuffling songs, we don’t mix the playlist itself. Instead, the algorithm looks for the next song to play based on several criteria. This can cause the playback to get stuck in a recurring pattern.
