Some songs, especially newer compared to older songs, have different frequency levels which can result in difference in volume levels. We have built-in volume stabilisers in place to prevent this, but it can still be noticeable, especially at high volumes.
The volume difference can be decreased by changing the music output from stereo to mono in your Account Settings. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click on locations in the top menu.
- Select your zone.
- Click settings.
-
Next to Sound setting, click on the drop-down menu and switch to Mono.
If the issue persists, please contact us with examples of songs that differ in volume.
