Some songs, especially newer compared to older songs, have different frequency levels which can result in slightly different volume levels. We have built-in volume stabilizers in place to prevent this but it can still be noticeable.
If the volume differs between songs despite being the same genre or time period, it can be solved by changing the music output from stereo to mono in your Account Settings. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click on zones in the top menu.
- Select your zone.
- Click settings.
- Next to Sound setting, click on the drop-down menu and switch to Mono.
