For scheduled music to start automatically, the Soundtrack Player app needs to be open, either in the background or foreground, and the power charger needs to be connected to your device.
A schedule plays according to the timezone of its location address. If your schedule plays at the wrong time, you might need to update the address to match the location where you are playing music. Here's how:
- Log in to your account here.
- Go to the zones tab.
- Click on the pen icon next to your location name and update the address.
