If you have issues with the Soundtrack program for Windows, follow this guide. This troubleshoot guide fixes a variety of issues, for example if you don't hear any music, experience crashes, music not starting/stopping correctly or the application being offline.
Check that Soundtrack Player for Windows is on
Double-click on the Soundtrack Player icon on the desktop.
Check your internet connection
Check if you have an Internet connection by visiting a random website, e.g. www.soundtrackyourbrand.com. If it doesn’t work, troubleshoot your internet connection using this page.
Restart the Soundtrack Player
Right-click on the tray icon and select "Quit". Then restart the Soundtrack Player by double-clicking on the Soundtrack Player-icon on your desktop.
Troubleshoot on your computer
Right-click the Soundtrack Player-icon in your taskbar on the bottom right next to the time and select Run Diagnostics. Make sure that all values say "Yes", "OK", or is highlighted in green. If you are unsure, please contact support@soundtrackyourbrand.com directly and attach the diagnostic to your email.
